We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Supplier Initiatives and Transformation team. As a key member of our global Supplier Management team, you will be responsible for driving the transformation and roadmap for the Wealth Management Supplier Management Office (SMO).
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement supplier management and risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement supplier management processes and tools to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
- Collaborate with business partners and vendors to identify and mitigate supplier-related risks and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the SMO team to ensure effective supplier management and risk mitigation.
- 5+ years of experience in supplier risk management or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective supplier management strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
