Job Description

The Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance, scale, and optimize our business. This includes leading the planning and development of strategic leadership initiatives, creating business cases, and developing paths to highlight opportunities for technology enhancement and investment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transformational change, strategy development, and initiative execution. They will be able to manage multiple initiatives with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership and operations teams. Strong business acumen, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to simplify ambiguous concepts are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth and transformation
  • Lead the planning and development of strategic leadership initiatives
  • Create business cases and develop paths to highlight opportunities for technology enhancement and investment
  • Manage multiple initiatives with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and operations teams
Requirements
  • 5+ years of transformational change experience, including strategy development and initiative execution
  • Strong background in business strategy, operations, and technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to simplify ambiguous concepts and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
