Job Summary:

As a Senior Inside Sales Executive at UL Solutions, you will play a critical role in leading and supporting sales of specialty Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) Building Envelope Advisory lines. This position requires advanced technical credibility and expertise to sell, as well as strong business acumen and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers to promote and sell specialty Building Envelope Advisory Services, utilizing technical credibility to build relationships with buyers and centers of influence and support account owners.
  • Communicate the value proposition of Building Envelope Advisory services to clients based on industry knowledge.
  • Support sales for Building Envelope Advisory Services in collaboration and at the direction of account owners.
  • Action on opportunities to sell Building Envelope advisory services into highest potential accounts in their assigned portfolio.
  • Work under guidance with account managers to seamlessly work with customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Building Envelope advisory services, responsible for articulating value proposition.
  • Bring in additional technical resources (e.g., engineers) when needed to support sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with Building Envelope industry.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Business acumen and deep understanding of business sales processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software.
