Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our team at Senior Assistance Services. As a Senior Executive, you will be responsible for leading our trade, broadcasting, and other services division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the allocation of resources, including human, financial, and material resources.
    • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability and growth.
    • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Human Resources
    • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure the success of the organization.
    • Delegate authority and create optimum working conditions to ensure employee engagement and productivity.
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions.
    • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with employees, customers, and partners.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in a senior executive role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
