Operations Vice President

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Operations Vice President to join our team at Southern Cross Industries Ltd. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong background in operations management, strategic planning, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Strategy
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
- Lead and manage a team of senior staff to achieve organizational objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure the effective management of operational processes and systems
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers
- Performance Management
- Develop and implement performance metrics and benchmarks to measure team and individual performance
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities
- Identify and address performance gaps and areas for improvement
- Communication and Collaboration
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on operational performance and progress
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, operations management, or engineering
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, with a strong background in leadership and strategic planning
- Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and multiple priorities
The Operations Vice President will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Language and Work ConditionsThe language of work is English, and the work conditions are 30 hours per week. The Operations Vice President will be required to work in a office environment, with occasional travel to meet with stakeholders and attend industry events.
