Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the oilfield construction sector.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Authorizing and organizing the creation of major departments and senior staff roles.
  • Setting organizational objectives and approving policies and programs.
  • Representing the organization in negotiations or delegating representatives for official functions.
  • Selecting middle managers and directors, delegating authority, and fostering optimal working conditions.
  • Conducting performance evaluations.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This role will involve supervising a team of more than 20 individuals.
