Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant/HR Coordinator to provide administrative support to our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the executive's calendar, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating logistics for meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the executive's short-term and long-term calendar and schedule based on business priorities
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and communications to various audiences
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including booking meeting rooms and arranging catering and technology services
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including updating the SharePoint site and managing purchase orders and invoices
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and anticipate potential problems
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 5 years experience providing administrative and operational support, project management and HR coordination to one or more senior leaders
  • Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Experience with OneNote, OneDrive, Project and Visio is an asset
