Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BEST WESTERN PLUS. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure food and service meet our high standards
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of food and beverage services
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
