Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that all staff are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Ensure Quality Control

Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action as needed to address any issues.

Prepare and Submit Reports

Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, providing detailed information on inventory, sales, and other key metrics.

Establish Work Schedules

Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment

Supervision
