Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Operations and Administration
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure accurate inventory management.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to security and safety procedures.
    • Identify and report any security or safety concerns to management.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
    • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position with a 35-44 hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
