Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and food preparers.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all food meets quality control standards and is prepared in a clean and sanitary environment.
    • Monitor inventory levels and estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a physically demanding work environment.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Working Conditions

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a physically demanding work environment. The position requires standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
