About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, exceeding customer expectations and promoting a positive brand image.
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
    • Establish work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at Quesada Burritos & Tacos, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, staff, and management on a daily basis. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
