Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our culinary team at RAJA THAI AND INDIAN CUISINE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for preparing authentic dishes and a strong understanding of East Indian and Thai culinary traditions.

Education Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of complete meals and individual dishes.
  • Ensure dishes are safe for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of food and supply inventory.
  • Keep the kitchen and work areas clean and organized.
