Brandt is actively seeking a Corporate Product Manager – Agricultural Machinery to oversee operations in key regions. This role is pivotal in enhancing Brandt's competitive edge within the Tractor market sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team during client engagements
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales – Production & Precision, Mid Class Agriculture to formulate and implement an effective Tractor equipment strategy
  • Partner with the agricultural sales team to deepen knowledge and insight into the Tractor Market across various segments
  • Establish a robust partnership between the company and John Deere
  • Contribute significantly to the management team of the Tractor Products Division
  • Support the sales team in reaching out to major accounts
  • Drive sales growth, foster relationships, comprehend customer requirements, and recognize market dynamics
  • Provide demonstration support to the sales team
  • Identify customer requirements and industry trends
  • Facilitate customer training sessions

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional selling, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid passport for international travel
  • A recent driver's abstract is necessary
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to cultivate relationships both internally and externally while interpreting the needs of key stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with proven skills in workload management and prioritization
  • Capable of working effectively both collaboratively and independently
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the sales industry is advantageous

Required Experience:

  • Strong selling, communication, and organizational skills
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid passport for international travel
