Brandt is currently seeking a Corporate Product Manager – Tractor Technology to drive business growth and improve market position in the Tractor market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in customer engagement and relationship-building
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales – Production & Precision, Mid Class Agriculture to develop and execute a successful Tractor equipment strategy
  • Build knowledge and understanding of the Tractor Market in each of its segments, and work with the agriculture sales team to identify opportunities for growth
  • Establish and maintain a strong working relationship between Brandt and John Deere
  • Contribute to the management team of the Tractor Products Division, providing strategic guidance and support
  • Support the sales team in making direct calls on key accounts, and generate sales through relationship-building and market analysis
  • Provide demo support to the sales team, and assist in customer training
  • Identify customer needs and industry trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Strong selling, communication, and organizational skills
  • Candidates must be able to obtain, or have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally
  • A recent driver's abstract will be required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally, and understand and interpret the needs of key stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a proven ability for workload management and prioritization
  • Ability to work well both collaboratively and independently
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' sales industry experience is considered an asset
