Brandt is actively looking for a Corporate Product Manager specializing in Hay and Forage Technology across various regions. This role is pivotal in enhancing Brandt's market presence within the Hay and Forage sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team during client engagements
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales – Production & Precision, Mid Class Agriculture to formulate and implement a robust Hay and Forage equipment strategy
  • Partner with the agricultural sales team to deepen knowledge and insight into the Hay and Forage market
  • Establish a strong collaborative relationship with John Deere
  • Contribute significantly to the management team of the Hay and Forage Products Division
  • Support the sales team in reaching out to key accounts
  • Drive sales growth, foster relationships, comprehend customer requirements, and pinpoint market trends
  • Provide demonstration support to the sales team
  • Identify customer requirements and industry developments
  • Assist in training customers

Required Skills

  • Exceptional sales, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid passport for international travel
  • A recent driving record will be necessary
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to cultivate relationships both internally and externally while interpreting the needs of key stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a proven track record in workload management and prioritization
  • Capable of working effectively both in teams and independently
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the sales industry is advantageous

Required Experience
