Brandt is in search of a Corporate Product Manager – Tractor Technology to oversee operations across Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia. This role is pivotal in executing strategies that enhance Brandt's market presence within the Tractor sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team during client engagements
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales – Production & Precision, Mid Class Agriculture to formulate and implement an effective Tractor equipment strategy
- Partner with the agriculture sales team to deepen understanding of the Tractor Market across its various segments
- Establish a robust working relationship with John Deere
- Contribute significantly to the management team of the Tractor Products Division
- Support the sales team in direct outreach to major accounts
- Drive sales growth, foster relationships, comprehend customer requirements, and identify market dynamics
- Provide demonstration support to the sales team
- Recognize customer needs and industry trends
- Facilitate customer training sessions
Essential Skills
- Exceptional sales, communication, and organizational abilities
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid passport for international travel
- A recent driver's abstract is necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to cultivate relationships both internally and externally while interpreting the needs of key stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a proven track record in workload management and prioritization
- Capable of working effectively both collaboratively and independently
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the sales industry is advantageous
