We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at 2306422 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our agricultural operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm, ensuring the highest quality crops are produced while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of farm labourers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Implement soil fertility programs and monitor crop health to optimize yields.
- Train and mentor staff on seed cutting techniques and other essential farm operations.
- Maintain accurate records of crop production, quality control, and farm safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving farm productivity and efficiency.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail.
- Organized and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
This is a physically demanding role that requires working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and be physically capable of performing the duties of the role.
LanguageThe primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule35 to 40 hours per week.
