Corporate Product Manager – Hay and Forage Technology Specialist

Brandt is seeking a Corporate Product Manager – Hay and Forage Technology to implement strategies and improve its position in the Hay and Forage markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the sales team on customer calls and develop a successful Hay and Forage equipment strategy with the Director of Sales – Production & Precision, Mid Class Agriculture.
- Build knowledge and understanding of the Hay and Forage Market with the agriculture sales team.
- Establish a strong working relationship between the company and John Deere.
- Play a key role on the management team of the Hay and Forage Products Division.
- Support the sales team in making direct calls on key accounts and generate sales.
- Provide demo support to the sales team and identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Assist in customer training and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Strong selling, communication, and organizational skills.
- Candidates must be able to obtain, or have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
- A recent driver's abstract will be required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Build relationships internally and externally and understand and interpret the needs of key stakeholders.
- Detail oriented with a proven ability for workload management and prioritization.
- Works well both collaboratively and independently.
- A minimum of 3-5 years' sales industry experience is considered an asset.
