About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Manager to lead our Beauty and Fragrance department at Hudson's Bay. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of beauty experts to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention, while maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with beauty and fragrance vendors to drive business success and leverage their expertise to enhance our product offerings.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our department remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
  • Education and/or hands-on experience in makeup artistry or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
