Key Responsibilities- People Leadership & Development: Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the Beauty and Fragrance department.
- Collaboration: Build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive business success and achieve sales goals.
- Customer Champion: Foster a customer-centric culture within the department, ensuring exceptional customer service and selling capabilities.
- Goal Setting: Analyze sales metrics and develop strategies to drive department sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share.
- Brand Ambassador: Promote the Hudson's Bay brand and values, ensuring a positive brand image and consistent customer experience.
- Education and/or experience in make-up artistry or a related field.
- Comfortability working with various technologies in an omni-channel environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
