Hudson's Bay is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Manager to lead our Beauty and Fragrance department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a diverse team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Coordinate vendor sales and product knowledge training to ensure associates have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance performance.
