About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Manager to join our Beauty and Fragrance department at Hudson's Bay. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a diverse and customer-focused team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of beauty and fragrance specialists to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and drive sales growth in the beauty and fragrance department.
  • Collaborate with beauty and fragrance vendors to drive business success and leverage their expertise to develop individual associates and ensure counter team success.
  • Role model and provide guidance on selling and service techniques to influence positive performance among the team.
  • Pivot ways of thinking and strategy to drive department sales, utilizing sales metrics and analysis to identify and build strategies that enhance the overall performance of the store.
Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience with a focus on beauty and fragrance.
  • Education and/or hands-on experience in make-up artistry.
  • Comfortability working with various technologies pertaining to an omni-channel environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
