About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Manager to lead our Beauty and Fragrance department at Hudson's Bay. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • People Leadership & Development: Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the Beauty and Fragrance department.
  • Collaboration: Build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive business success and achieve sales goals.
  • Customer Champion: Foster a customer-centric culture within the department, ensuring exceptional customer service and selling capabilities.
  • Goal Setting: Analyze sales metrics and develop strategies to drive department sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share.
  • Brand Ambassador: Promote the Hudson's Bay brand and values, ensuring a positive brand image and consistent customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education and/or experience in make-up artistry or a related field.
  • Comfortability working with various technologies in an omni-channel environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
