Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at SPICE & GRILL PIZZA & INDIAN CUISINE LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
  • Establish and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Flexibility, organized, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
