About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at New York Fries. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our food service team is well-organized and efficient.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparers, counter attendants, and kitchen helpers, to ensure that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Train and Develop Staff

Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and other essential skills to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that our inventory and supplies are managed effectively.

Ensure Quality Control

Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Work Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service supervisory role is preferred.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.
