About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Lead and Motivate a Team

Supervise and train a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Ensure Quality and Safety Standards

Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and safety in food preparation, presentation, and service, ensuring that all food is prepared and served in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Oversee the ordering and inventory management of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that waste is minimized.

Address Customer Concerns

Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.

Maintain Accurate Records

Keep accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance, providing regular reports to management as required.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in Food Service Supervision
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
