Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them informed about current promotions and offerings.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our clients' visions to accurately convey their messages to customers.
  • Become knowledgeable about all aspects of our clients' products and services, thereby enhancing sales and profit margins.
  • Build new relationships through various networking opportunities.
  • Assist customers in navigating effective solutions, demonstrating composure, resilience, and adaptability as their needs evolve.
  • Address customer complaints and provide timely, exceptional solutions and alternatives.
  • Accurately and efficiently enter and process confidential customer information.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Work closely with the Sales Operations Manager to enhance and maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of entry-level experience in customer support or sales.
  • Ability to work purposefully and exercise sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong time management abilities, capable of multitasking and performing under pressure.
  • Quickly grasp client and company knowledge.
  • Enthusiastic, trustworthy, and reliable character.
