Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Care and Sales Coordinator to join our team at WSAudiology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and sales support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Service: Act as the primary point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their hearing journey.
  • Sales Support: Educate patients on hearing device payment plans, insurance direct-billing, trial periods, and basic product questions to increase sales and foster loyalty to our services and products.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as processing payments, maintaining client files, ordering supplies, and receiving incoming mail and packages.
  • Marketing and Community Engagement: Participate in HearCANADA branding and marketing initiatives, including attending community-based events, marketing collateral drop-offs, and networking with other healthcare providers.
  • Support to Clinical Team: Assist clinical team members with sanitization and equipment as directed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative capacity, with a strong preference for experience in a retail or sales-oriented environment.
  • Bilingualism: Bilingualism in a second language is considered a definite asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to establish and build relationships with colleagues, coworkers, and community partners, proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office, and a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
