Infinite Cables Inc. is a leading manufacturer and distributor specializing in computer cables, accessories, and connectivity solutions. Our clientele includes distributors, resellers, government entities, corporations, and individual consumers. We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to take on a customer service and inside sales position, aimed at addressing customer inquiries and managing order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email communication
- Evaluate client requirements and suggest suitable products
- Input online orders into our inventory management system
- Address and resolve product and service-related issues
- Encourage sales among existing customers
- Identify and reach out to potential new clients
- Facilitate sales transactions via online platforms
- Assist clients in troubleshooting technical issues
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient with technology and current digital tools
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
- Able to perform well in high-pressure situations
- Detail-oriented with a strong organizational skill set
- High degree of accuracy in work
- Competent in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office
