Position Overview

The role of the Client Service Supervisor at Henry Global involves overseeing and enhancing customer service operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Educational Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities across various departments to streamline operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules and operational procedures.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on service performance.
  • Address work-related challenges, offering technical guidance and recommending improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Train team members on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and organizational policies.
  • Perform duties similar to those of supervised staff.
  • Assign, review, and oversee the work of team members.
  • Ensure the functionality of computer systems and equipment, coordinating repairs as necessary to maintain service continuity.
  • Order necessary materials and supplies to support operations.
Technical Proficiency
