Culinary Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pho Boi Restaurant Mayfair Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff
Lead and motivate a team of staff members to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
Train and Develop StaffProvide ongoing training and development opportunities to help staff members improve their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesOversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Ensure Quality and Safety StandardsImplement and maintain high standards of quality and safety in all aspects of our restaurant operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
Manage Customer ServiceRespond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and work to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Maintain Records and ReportsKeep accurate and up-to-date records of sales, inventory, and other key metrics to help inform business decisions and improve performance.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment with frequent deadlines and pressure to perform
Work SettingRestaurant environment with exposure to odors, heat, and physical demands
Physical DemandsCombination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods
Personal SuitabilityExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Working ConditionsThis is a permanent, full-time position with a regular schedule of 37-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
