Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager who embodies our mission-driven ethos. This role is pivotal in nurturing a supportive environment for both staff and guests, ensuring that every meal served is a testament to our commitment to quality and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the management team to enhance financial performance and achieve business goals.
  • Encourage culinary creativity by involving the team in the development of weekly specials.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by welcoming feedback and innovative ideas from team members.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 based on experience and performance.
  • Annual tip-sharing program, estimated at $10,000, ensuring equitable rewards for hard work.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities of $5,000 to $10,000 annually.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in full-service kitchen management.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a prep and line cook.
