Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team. This role is essential in nurturing a positive work environment while ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service. As a Kitchen Manager, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring staff, overseeing kitchen operations, and driving our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food and service.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls to optimize profitability.
  • Develop and implement training programs for kitchen staff to enhance skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with the management team to create innovative menu items and seasonal features.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 based on experience.
  • Annual tip-sharing opportunities, averaging around $10,000.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in full-service kitchen management.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a prep and line cook.
