Restaurant Floor Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Floor Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a positive and friendly demeanor, and actively listening to customers' suggestions and concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, building trust and loyalty through effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service delivery, including food and drink recommendations, and special events.
- Ensure attention to detail, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation in the restaurant.
- Support business operations, performing administrative tasks, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.

- Food Safe Level 1
- High School Diploma
