Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Indian Courtyard Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and analyze the performance of our restaurant, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Menu Management: Work with our culinary team to modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to our restaurant budget, ensuring that our offerings remain competitive and appealing to our customers.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise our staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain our inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies and ingredients to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and appreciated.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 40 hours per week
