Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join the Truckpoint team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Departmental Activities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department to ensure seamless execution of organizational goals.
  • Staff Management: Direct and motivate staff members to achieve optimal performance and productivity.
  • Budget Planning and Control: Develop and implement budget plans to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to laws and regulations, minimizing potential risks to the organization.
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and conduct performance reviews to ensure staff development.
  • Contract Management and Inventory Control: Manage contracts and maintain accurate inventory records to optimize resource utilization.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Research and Data Entry: Conduct research and perform data entry tasks to support business operations.
  • Staff Supervision and Development: Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
