Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at American Logistics and Trucking. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations team by providing administrative assistance, coordinating events, and maintaining accurate records.
Main Responsibilities:- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including preparing meeting minutes, managing office supplies, and maintaining filing systems.
- Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel and accommodations for team members as needed.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain accurate records, including data and statistics.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma
- Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Personal Qualities: Strong oral communication skills, detail-oriented, flexible, and organized
- Full-time: 35 hours per week
- Language: English
