About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at FIRST CHOICE TRUCK & TRAILER REPAIR LTD. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our team by providing administrative assistance, coordinating tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments as needed.
  • Coordination and Organization
    • Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all necessary parties are informed and up-to-date.
    • Plan and organize daily operations, including prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Communicate effectively with our team members, stakeholders, and clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Data Entry and Record-Keeping
    • Perform data entry tasks, including updating records and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Ensure that all records are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Other Duties
    • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and performing other duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Language Skills
    • Fluency in English.

    • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
