About the Role

FIVE RIVERS FOODS INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the operations team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, make reservations, and coordinate logistics for team members.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, including updating records and maintaining databases.
  • Reporting: Prepare and distribute reports, including financial reports, meeting minutes, and other administrative documents.
  • Supervision: Supervise and support a team of 1-2 administrative assistants, providing guidance and training as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and other administrative software.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
