* Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be expected to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment.

**Key Requirements:**

* Bachelor\u2019s degree in a related field and 7 years of relevant experience OR master\u2019s degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience OR university certificate and 9 years of relevant experience
* Experience in compensation, particularly in developing compensation policies and programs
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment
