Join Our Team as a Compensation Senior Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Senior Advisor to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Compensation team, you will play a critical role in shaping our compensation practices and strategies.

About the Role

As a Compensation Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing compensation policies and programs that align with our business objectives
  • Providing expert advice on compensation matters to senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement compensation initiatives
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor data to inform compensation decisions
  • Communicating compensation strategies and results to senior leaders and stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field and 7 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience, or a university certificate and 9 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in compensation, particularly in developing compensation policies and programs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex compensation issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
