We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Strategy Advisor to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Compensation team, you will play a critical role in shaping our compensation practices and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with the Bank's business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Design and implement variable compensation programs that drive business results
  • Provide expert advice on compensation matters to senior leaders and business partners
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7 years of relevant experience OR master's degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience OR university certificate and 9 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in compensation, particularly in developing compensation policies and programs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingualism, spoken and written (English and French)
