Position Overview

As a Fleet Operations Coordinator at TrevEx Inc., you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our transportation fleet. Your expertise will ensure that our fleet runs efficiently and safely.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a related field
Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and analyze production and operational reports.
  • Propose enhancements to optimize work processes.
  • Address operational challenges, offering technical guidance and strategies to boost productivity and quality.
  • Oversee personnel and project management.
  • Facilitate training sessions or coordinate training opportunities.
  • Manage the dispatch of drivers and monitor their routes.
  • Organize and schedule fleet activities effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Advise on personnel decisions.
  • Coordinate maintenance and rental services for vehicles.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a team of 5-10 individuals.

Technical Skills

Proficient in:

  • MS Excel
  • MS Office Suite
  • MS Outlook
  • MS Word
Industry Experience

Experience in the trucking or transportation industry is preferred.

Transportation Requirements

Must possess a personal vehicle.

Work Environment

Ability to work under pressure is essential.

Employment Type
