About the Role

TrevEx Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on fleet performance, including metrics on productivity, efficiency, and safety.
  • Operational Improvement
    • Identify areas for improvement in our fleet operations and recommend measures to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Supervision and Training
    • Supervise and train drivers and other fleet staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Logistics and Coordination
    • Coordinate the scheduling and dispatch of drivers and vehicles to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all fleet operations are conducted in accordance with health and safety regulations and policies.
  • Personnel Management
    • Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures, as needed.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook
  • Industry Experience
    • Experience in the trucking industry
  • Transportation and Travel
