Job Title: Health and Safety Manager

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing our Health and Safety program across our Concord facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough gap analysis and develop a robust H&S program for our business unit.
  • Identify and mitigate HSE risks on an ongoing basis, recommending changes and updates to safety work instructions.
  • Provide regular analytical reports to leadership on initiatives and results.
  • Collaborate with managers, supervisors, and employees to create safety work instructions and promote a best-in-class Health and Safety culture.
  • Develop and deliver safety training on various topics, including fire prevention, hazardous materials communication, and basic safety rules.
  • Perform due diligence safety inspections and audits, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Monitor and report compliance with HSE regulations across all jurisdictions.
  • Participate in operational leadership meetings to integrate HSE into day-to-day business operations.
Requirements:
  • Five to seven years' experience in HSE field.
  • Working knowledge of HSE regulations, legislation, and technical operations.
  • Relevant post-secondary education required.
  • Designation as a Canadian Registered Safety Professional an asset.
  • Previous work experience in environmental management and industrial manufacturing an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and INTELEX.
