The Role

Here are some key responsibilities of your position:

  • Demonstrating your enthusiasm for people by anticipating guest needs and providing delightful surprises through a proactive approach to their care.
  • Motivating, assisting, and guiding your team to deliver a guest experience that seamlessly integrates the essence of restaurants and quick-service dining.
  • Engaging with guests and addressing their inquiries about our menu and brand, ensuring they feel valued at every interaction.
  • Exemplifying calmness and fairness in guest interactions, managing various situations with poise and positivity.

Your Profile and Experience

While prior experience in food service or retail roles such as barista, server, sales associate, cashier, team member, or customer service representative is beneficial, what truly matters is your character.
