The Client Success Specialist plays a crucial role in overseeing all facets of implementation, customer engagement, renewal processes, expansion opportunities, and overall customer satisfaction for our Public Safety clientele.

Furthermore, Client Success Specialists serve as a vital link between our clients and the Product and Engineering divisions.

This position is an individual contributor role, reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success, with the flexibility of remote work and a travel requirement of up to 40%.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote customer engagement through proactive communication and insightful, data-driven interactions.
  • Facilitate account growth, renewals, and customer advocacy.
  • Provide support by addressing technical inquiries, managing escalations, and collaborating with product and engineering teams.
  • Demonstrate a successful history of assisting City, State, or Federal agencies.
  • Exhibit a proven ability to implement and encourage the adoption of new technologies.
  • Collaborate across departments to identify and resolve challenges in the customer journey.
  • Possess the capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative startup team.
  • Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Government Technology Program Management or Customer Success.
