Position Overview

As a Meat Processing Specialist at Great Choice Meat and Poultry, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and presentation of our meat products. This position requires a commitment to excellence and attention to detail.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and clean meats for processing or cutting
  • Fulfill special meat cut requests from customers
  • Cut, trim, and prepare standard meat portions
  • Wrap and package meats for sale
  • Weigh and price meat products accurately
  • Engage with customers to sell meat products
  • Create appealing displays of meats, poultry, and seafood
  • Shape, lace, and tie various meat products
Work Environment
