Meat Processing Specialist

Join our team at Great Choice Meat and Poultry as a Meat Processing Specialist. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and presentation of our meat products.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in meat processing is preferred, with a range of 1 to less than 7 months.
- Prepare and clean meats for processing or cutting.
- Fulfill special meat cut requests from customers.
- Execute standard cuts of meat, ensuring quality and precision.
- Package and wrap prepared meats for sale.
- Accurately weigh and price meat products.
- Engage with customers to sell meat products effectively.
- Create appealing displays of meats, poultry, and seafood.
- Shape and tie roasts and other meat products as required.
- Fast-paced setting requiring standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination are essential.
